Raffle Rules & Regulations

1. Eligibility
Participants must be 18 years of age or older and UK residents to enter any GoldMind Labs raffle. By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any participant who does not meet these criteria.
2. Tickets
All tickets purchased are non-refundable once purchased. Ticket prices are clearly displayed before purchase. Each ticket represents one entry into the raffle draw. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including if you change your mind or if the raffle is postponed.
3. Draw Method
All raffle draws use a verifiable random number generator to ensure complete fairness and transparency. The draw method is audited and certified by an independent third party. No manual selection or bias is possible in our draw process. Results are recorded and can be verified by participants.
4. Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted by email at the address provided during ticket purchase. Winners are also posted publicly on our website and social media channels. It is the responsibility of the winner to check their email and respond within the specified timeframe. We will attempt to contact winners up to three times before moving to an alternate winner.
5. Prize Claim
Winners must claim their prize within 14 days of notification. Failure to claim within this period may result in forfeiture of the prize. We will provide clear instructions on how to claim your prize upon notification. All prize claims must be verified before delivery.
6. Prize Delivery
Prizes will be delivered within 30 days of successful claim. Delivery times may vary depending on the nature of the prize and shipping location. Winners are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. GoldMind Labs is not responsible for prizes lost in transit after delivery has been made.
7. Fairness & Integrity
No staff members, partners, affiliates, or their immediate family may enter any raffle. We maintain strict conflict-of-interest policies to ensure complete fairness. Any attempt to manipulate the draw or engage in fraudulent activity will result in immediate disqualification and potential legal action.
8. Compliance
All GoldMind Labs raffles fully comply with UK prize competition guidelines and regulations. We hold all necessary licenses and permits. Our operations are regularly audited for compliance. Participants can be confident that our raffles are legal, fair, and transparent.
